Safety Harbor Resort and Spa Selects Data Plus Back Office
North Chelmsford, MA – March, 2006 – Data Plus, Inc., a
provider of hospitality-specific accounting software, is pleased to announce it
has been selected as the back office accounting solution for Safety Harbor
Resort & Spa, located
in Tampa Bay, FL. One of the top ten spa destinations in the country, the
resort is built atop the natural mineral springs, discovered by Spanish
explorer Hernando de Soto, once thought to be the Fountain of Youth.
The
resort boasts 189 spacious guest rooms, a 50,000-square-foot spa and fitness
center, 30,000 square feet of event space, award winning onsite dining, three
swimming pools, Oscar Parks Golf Academy, and Safety Harbor Tennis Academy.
Data Plus President Bruce Bensetler said, “We are pleased to
continue expanding our relationship with users of the Springer-Miller Property
Management system. This was a challenging project due to the short time frame

Safety Harbor is installing a selection of modules from the suite of fully integrated applications known as Data Plus Hospitality Solutions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and a Revenue interface with Par Springer-Miller Systems.
