Features
Recurring Journal Entries - For entries that are made every month, batches can be set up that will produce a set of transactions for any time period specified in this file. Once the entries are set up, simply run the Recurring Entries process and transactions will run automatically.
Journal Import - Replicate the spreadsheet from month to month with your Chart of Accounts and make necessary changes to entries prior to importing the file.
Daily Revenue - Ability to track and report on any account on a daily basis.
Distribution Codes - Provide for automatic monthly distributions from one account to another. Journal entries are created which debit and credit the balance of an account based on pre-determined percentages.
Import/Export - Flexible ability to import and export data to/from applications, such as Excel.
Rapid Edit - Quickly edit either the dollar or unit amounts of any journal entry without going into each entry.
Financial Statements - Build your own statement from scratch or model it after a corporate structure. Define your statements combining both currency and statistics in actual or in budget form.
Budgets - Import budgets from a spreadsheet or copy them from year to year. Unlimited number of budgets, such as operation or re-forecast, are allowed.
Inquiries - Look up feature. See all the activity for a specific account or the history or the year-to-date activity for an account.
Multi-Company and Multi-Property - Full support for any hotel or management company model.
Multi-Currency - An unlimited number of currencies are supported with automatic exchange gain or loss calculations.
Futures File - Stores transactions beyond the current fiscal month for General Ledger. These transactions are automatically posted when the appropriate fiscal period has been reached.
