Accounts Payable

 

 

  • Property-Specific security now works properly with vendors, auto distributions, invoice entry, and reports.

 

  • Users now have the option to print only the first page of the W9 forms, rather than all 4 pages

 

  • "some or all" type property selection has been added to the Bank Check Export

 

  • When a vendor is property specific, it will no longer appear on a search when entering an invoice for another property

 

  • Adjustment to transfer g/l account no longer generates an error message.

 

  • If 'Post to GL' is set to 'no' in Purchasing, and the Purchasing/Receiving Interface is run in AP, the invoices created will now use the inventory/expense account when creating the invoice line items.

 

  • When running the Bank Check Export, the file name now defaults in automatically.

 

  • When building invoice batches from items received, users now have option to leave invoice subtotal at 0.00, for items received for free

 

 

Accounts Receivable

 

 

  • There is now a Ctrl-F1 search available on the customer name in AR

 

  • Customer name and alpha has been added to bank deposit slip.

 

  • Void receipt now picks up complete check amount

 

  • Voiding Apply Deposits now posts properly

 

 

General Ledger

 

 

  • Created by is now gone from the csv and txt format and there is an option to remove the date, time, and filename for xls format.

 

  • When exporting balances to excel, excluding zero balances

 

  • Retired ADP G/L Mainframe version interface

 

  • The Enhanced ADP Interface now imports both units and hours

 

  • Payroll Interface for PayTRAX has been created

 

  • All balances export utilities may now be used for specified properties, and property restrictions are now applicable in these areas as well.

 

  • GOPA Interface now has functionality to perform currency conversion between Data Plus and the front office system.

 

  • The Journal Code filter field now works properly in the Transaction History Inquiry.

 

  • Micros Opera GL Revenue and City Ledger Interfaces now refer to fiscal month, not calendar month to determine currency exchance rates

 

  • Statement export enhancement request

 

  • Externally referenced statements are no longer required to print

 

  • Posting process has been modified to roll units posted to a previous fiscal year, in to the EOY amount field

 

 

Inventory

 

 

  • Users now have the ability to use Physical Inventory for first time inventory counts

 

  • Enhancements made to the Item Storeroom Copy

 

  • The Expense Account fields in Item Class and Item by Storeroom have been restored

 

  • A cost of goods sold account field has been added to the Item Class, Item, Vendor Item, and Location screens

 

  • Option to use vendor item code in SMS interface

 

  • No longer able to post Issues/Adjustement with errors

 

  • Average price now calculates properly with physical inventory

  • A few purchasing fixes were made: A PO may not be created without a number assigned, search and filter for Item number field in Item File Maintenance has been updated, and PO number assignment rules are now working properly.

  • Property restriction now works properly in the Personnel module.

Purchasing

 

 

  • Search option for staff ID has been added to Req/PO Approval Limits List.

 

  • When creating a new item/vendor item combination a warning message  will appear if item record exists and the vendor item does not

 

  • Messages are now consistent in rapid receipt function

 

  • Changed the rules for System Assign PO number.  Also corrected the behavior when Auto Generate Next Item = No

 

  • Tax amounts are now carried from Requisition to a Purchase Order
